Product Warranty :
Mystic Forest premix tea is a consumable food-grade product and is not covered under traditional product warranties.
However, we offer a 100% Satisfaction Replacement Guarantee under the following scenarios :
- Expired product
- Damaged or tampered packaging during transit
- Wrong item delivered
Return Policy :
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase and photographs of damage must be submitted to support@mysticforest.in
Refund Policy :
Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5–7 working days via original payment method.
For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer after bank details are shared and verified.
